Traka is a WhatsApp-based order management service for sellers, operated by Ebenova Solutions Limited ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using Traka you agree to this policy.
🔒 Traka never touches your money. Payments go directly from your customers to your own bank account. Traka only helps you organize the orders — we never hold, move, or process funds.
Information we collect
Seller account details — your name, business name, email, WhatsApp number, and the bank details (bank name, account number, account name) you choose to add so your assistant can share them with your customers.
Order information — order items, your customers' names, WhatsApp numbers, delivery addresses, and payment receipt images sent through your Traka order line.
WhatsApp messages — the order-related messages exchanged between your customers and your Traka assistant, so we can capture and manage orders.
Usage data — basic technical logs needed to run the service securely and reliably.
How we use your information
To capture orders, share your payment details with customers, and track each order through to delivery.
To show you your orders, customers, and order history in your dashboard.
To send order updates and reminders on your behalf via WhatsApp.
To operate, secure, and improve the service.
How we share information
We do not sell your data. We share information only with the providers needed to run Traka:
Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — to send and receive WhatsApp messages.
Cloudinary — to securely store payment receipt images shown in your dashboard.
Hosting/infrastructure providers — to run the application and database.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data retention & your choices
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request a copy or deletion of your data, or close your account, at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your business and order data from active use.
Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Children
Traka is for business use and is not directed at anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here with an updated date.
